HNL members write recipe book
Todd Warren and Dale Cameron, co-owners and operators of the award-winning Inn By The Bay and George House Heritage Bed & Breakfast in Dildo, Newfoundland and Labrador have recently published their first book, George House Heritage Bed & Breakfast Kitchen Recipes. Todd and Dale have spent more than twenty years in the hospitality industry and were recently awarded the PRIDE Award by Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador for professionalism and raising the profile of the bed and breakfast industry in Newfoundland and Labrador. Their culinary talents have also been recognized in receiving many mentions in various travel publications. They are looking forward to publishing their second cookbook.
