Employment Opportunity
The Tourism Industry Association of Newfoundland and Labrador is a professional, member-based business association representing tourism businesses and organizations throughout the province.
Workflow and Service Delivery Coordinator Duties: This position is responsible for the coordination, administration, delivery, sales and distribution of all HNL’s skills and knowledge programs and resources. The role of the coordinator is to ensure the cohesive administration and delivery of service from HNL to our customers and partners.
Qualifications: Applicants for this position should have: * a university degree in Tourism or Business; or college diploma in Tourism, Business or Office Administration; however, an equivalent combination of experience and training will be considered * proficiency in computer programs especially in database management * excellent organizational and communication skills * an understanding of product sales and tracking * the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment * prior work experience in the tourism industry would be an asset
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
